“Diversely United” is a theoretical construct based on human rights, a utopia, a place that all peoples and societies pursue or should pursue, but above all it is a job, a  to do. It is far from being a given, static reality. In the midst of multicolor diversity, there are monochrome (yellow) and polarized (red and black) patches, where what integrates other colors is no longer part of the norm. Ideologies, beliefs, cultural styles, what is the norm? What is the reality?. Reality is much more than what we see, it is endless creative possibilities, layer upon layer, in different shapes and possibilities.
